Yesterday, I told you about the With Love Hunt. I have more to showww you! This adorable kitty sweater is by mjin.boutique and another one of the wonderful items that you’ll find in the With Love Hunt!

Where is this beautiful skin from, you ask? Well, I’ll tell you! It’s Glam Affair’s Roza Honey Bee and you can find all 3 of these gorgeous makeups at Bees Through The Seasons, along with tons of other adorable bee-themed items! Bees Through The Seasons opened November 24th and runs for a month, so go grab your Glam skin and make sure to look around because there are some realllly great things to be found! The With Love Hunt starts November 30th at 4pm SLT at Cheeky Pea (click the link for all info and a list of participating designers).

Winter Winds

First, let me tell you where I got the style inspiration for these photos. I was searching for a hair to wear with this outfit and i wasn’t finding quite what i wanted, when Oakley Foxtrot posted THIS BLOG POST on Plurk. I was like, “OOH! I have that hair!” I also really liked the snow idea, so I looked up a tutorial on how to make snow! So, thank you, Oakley. You totally inspired me.

Now, the third annual With Love Hunt is just around the corner (starts November 30th)! Want to see some of the stuff you’ll find in the hunt? Yeah, I thought so.

Take a gander at this beautiful coat. Everything in this hunt is valued at or over 400L, but is available for just 10L. This jacket. 10L. Dude.

Now, please direct your attention to the skin on my face here. Yeap. I drooled a little, too. Again, 10L. Ten stinking Linden. You’re not going to miss this hunt, are you?

Happy Thanksgiving & Some Newness

Darlings, I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. If you’re not from the U.S., I hope you have a lovely day as well! This is probably my honest-to-goodness favorite holiday. No presents, no hype, just family and food and lots of love and time for reflection on the year and all we have to be truly thankful for. I am humbled and amazed by all that I have to be thankful for. I couldn’t even list it all if I wanted to. I do want to say to you, though- thank you. Thank you for listening to my ramblings, looking at my stuff, and just spending some time to let me into your life a little. I have so much fun putting together looks and writing my silly little posts, and it makes me happy to know that there’s someone else out there who gets some enjoyment from it, too. So, thanks for letting me share my stuff with you. <3

ON TO THE NEWNESS!

The Secret Store and Nyu have collaborated AGAIN and this time, they bring us this lovely Camille Dress! I really adore the lace collar on this. The shape of it is so cool. OK, and this hair. It’s called Joy, and it’s Wasabi Pills’ newest release. It is very aptly named, as it truly does bring joy to my pixel noggin. There is also a bang-less (fringe-less?) version of this hair, called Joy 2.

I’m going to leave this post short because I have lots of turkey and cranberries to gobble! Have a lovely Thanksgiving, everyone!

Baby It’s Cold Outside

GUYS! I am sorry for neglecting you so. My RL has been just NUTS lately. I think it’s finally getting back to normal again, so… let’s see if I can get back to blogging, eh?

Today’s look is a simple, fun one. I ran through Collabor88 and faMESHed and popped around to a few stores I love and threw this one together. This is an outfit I’m going to save and wear every time I feel like casual and fun are in order. I am severely underdressed for the chilly weather at Izzie’s sim, and my nose and cheeks seem to have turned rosy! This adorable Glam Affair skin is available at Collabor88.

The jeans, hair and shoes are not new releases, but wonderful and adorable all the same.

The Costume Ball

Well, guys, RL has dictated that I spend almost zero time in SL the last few days, but I sneaked over here really quickly to show you these pretty things!

The Costume Ball, presented my The Ego Co., is open and in full swing and you can find SO MANY really cool things there. You must go. There are sexy costumes, creepy eyes, fabulous poses and skins and hair… Every one of the designers really outdid themselves.

This sexy costume is by Cracked Mirror and was made especially for The Costume Ball. You can wear it with or without the tail, and it comes with horns and a pitchfork! It’s the perfect costume to wear when you want to cause some Halloween mischief.

The skin I’m wearing is by Pink Fuel, and it’s part of the Femme Fatale Skins pack available at The Costume Ball. You may even catch me sporting this skin after Halloween!

This pose is by Purple Poses and is from a pack that is available at… you guessed it… The Costume Ball!

This hair is a new release from Magika, and it is NOT from The Costume Ball. I threw you off there, didn’t I? It is simply an adorable new release. You can’t tell in the photo, but it actually has a cute bandanna tied around the hair like a headband. The hair and bandanna are both color change!

Halloween is almost here and there are so many wonderful, dark, scary things out right now! Glam Affair has released a line of “The Dark Side” skins based on Roza and Ginny. I really love this one, called Roza 04. The winged liner and gorgeous red lips reminded me of a not-so-innocent Snow White. What if, instead of killing her, the poison apple had brought out her dark side?

This hair From The Alice Project is pure genius. One of my favorite things about Alice Project (besides the HUD that allows you to change the texture every way you can imagine) is that she always makes such unique styles. This hair is very rockabilly. It’s available now at Zodiac for the Scorpio cycle!

The prop and pose are from Love Me Brutal,and you can get it for 1L here on Marketplace. No, that is not a typo. It actually comes with the chaise with apples, then the chaise alone and the apples alone. The chaise alone has no poses in it but it’s copy/mod. The one linked with apples has the poses. I was a little confused by that at first.
